On Friday, July 11, the Malawi College of Accountancy (MCA) bid farewell to one of its longest-serving staff members, Dr. Nelson Nanteleza Ndala, who retires after 23 years of dedicated service.
Speaking during the farewell ceremony, MCA Principal Christina Chithila commended Dr. Ndala for his unwavering commitment, particularly in the field of research.

MCA Blantyre Campus Director, Dr. George Kaudza Masina, echoed the Principal's sentiments, encouraging younger staff to emulate Dr. Ndala’s remarkable work ethic.
"He has been hardworking, humble, friendly, and always available to help. The college will miss you, but we won't hesitate to seek your guidance when needed," he said.

In his remarks, Dr. Ndala expressed gratitude for his time at MCA, noting the institution’s growth during his tenure.

"When I joined, MCA was not offering degree programmes. Today, we have not only undergraduate degrees, but also a Masters programme. I am proud to have contributed to this journey," he said, urging staff to continue striving for excellence. ?>
